DEPARTURE TIME

Hey all we will be meeting at the youth building at 9am on Wednesday December 29th. I can’t believe we are leaving already!! Anyways you will need a few things. If you haven’t paid in full you will need the rest of your bling! Secondly you will need a signed permission slip! We can’t leave town until we have all the permission slips so please bring it with you! If you didn’t get one then have your parents sign one when they drop you off. We will try to put one on the web either via FaceBook or Ablazeym.org but there isn’t any promise…hahaha depends if I can figure it out or not. HA!
G-BURG BABY

It is time to seal your spot for the G-BURG TRIP! If you are planning on going with A.Y.M. to the great Smokey’s then you need to bring a $25 deposit by December 1st. This is to help us figure out who is serious about going so that we can prepare with food and other items. You have a little more than three weeks to get the deposit in but don’t wait until the last minute. Now when you bring your money there are some steps you need to follow to make sure that money goes to your trip. If you just drop cash or a check into the offering bucket you may not get credit for the payment. What you need to do is grab an envelope and put your bling on the inside of the it. After you seal the envelope, so nasty, write your name and G-Burg trip on the front side. Now all you have to do is drop the deposit in the offering bucket and you are good to go!!! Of course we want everybody to go but there isn’t that much room so it is first come first serve. There is room for 56 and the trip is going to be amazing!!! If for some reason you can’t make the December 1st deadline please see Robert Conover and work something out.
